Create custom software (or any part of this if the scope is too large) to replace my excel worksheet used for 1 building of leasing for 60 tenants. I require a database to track information about each suite such as contact information, keys, rent roll. Secondly, I need this software to be able to generate leasing letters which have many variables (NNN leases with step ups, annual adjustment, varied lease starts and ends etc). I am looking for a system to replace the cumbersome process of mail merging with excel worksheet which has many complex formulas. The current system is precarious. I have looked into leasing software already on the market but most of it is very expensive and does a lot of things I do not need such as tracking finances or managing multiple buildings, so is therefore not suitable. I already have a Controller for tracking finances. I have done lots of evaluating this system and everyone says it is too much for excel but I can't find anything to replace it with on the market.
