Our company is launching a new venture that we are excited to introduce at a lunch event in May 2025!

We would like to collaborate with students to plan an interactive event to engage our customers and showcase our products/services.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our company, mission, values and goals.
  • Estimating and establishing the budget of the launch event.
  • Reaching out to vendors, obtaining quotes and connecting with strategic partners
  • Creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete at the event.
  • Assisting in marketing and promoting our event.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Recommending improvements for future events.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our mission, values and goals
  • Establishment of the event budget
  • Communication with external partners
  • Creation of a plan of action
