New and expecting parents undergo a profound life transition that brings both joy and challenges. It takes a village to raise a child is not just a saying, it is a tried and trusted method of bringing up fully-developed children. Practical assistance, such as help with household chores, meal preparation, and childcare, becomes invaluable as parents grapple with the demands of raising a child.

Abiyé - a Yoruba word which loosely translates to ‘thriving after birth’ - is a matching service to connect new and expecting mothers who need an extra pair of hands, with volunteers willing to support them.

The main objective of this project is to develop the website for Abiye from an existing design.
