We are seeking a Social Media and Community Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and creating content for our social media profiles, managing customer service on social media, and increasing engagement and brand awareness through affiliate management and outreach, as well as collaborations and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish engaging content for our social media profiles, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Manage social media profiles, including responding to customer service inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage affiliate relationships and outreach to potential affiliates to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Seek out and develop collaborations and partnerships with other brands and influencers to expand our reach and audience.
Deliverables

Mentorship
  1. Provide training and resources: Offer training on the specific tools and technologies that will be used in the project, as well as any other relevant sales and marketing skills. Provide access to any relevant resources, such as industry reports or case studies.
  2. Establish clear expectations and guidelines: Clearly communicate the project goals, milestones, and deliverables, as well as the expectations for communication, progress tracking, and team collaboration.
  3. Offer feedback and guidance: Provide regular feedback and guidance on the students' progress and work, and help them identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide access to mentors or industry experts: Connect students with industry experts or sales professionals who can offer guidance and advice, and provide real-world context for the project.
  5. Support team collaboration and communication: Encourage and facilitate communication and collaboration among the students working on the project, and help resolve any issues that may arise.
