A student will be supporting our team in a mixed method research project on identifying the cycle and pattern of individual change. The student(s) will support the research team in the identification of appropriate survey tools to measure variables and to determine the best organizations to partner with to test our hypotheses. Students will support the analysis of the data, both qualitative and quantitative, and will provide summaries of findings to the research team, to be shared with partner organizations.

Deliverables

In Phase #1: We are looking for one student to support us with the following information for our research project:

- Researching survey tools

- Terminology definitions for research

- Connect with potential partner organizations


Mentorship

We will act as mentors in all aspects of the research process. The student will be provided with access to any programs or platforms required to successfully complete this project.

There will be 4-5 scheduled meetings with the student to answer any questions and support the successful completion of this project.

The student can contact the research team through email with any questions that come up during the course of the research.
