The main goal for the project is to analyze the business landscape including competitors in the space of Zero Main Inc., with a main focus on solving global sustainability problems like Zero Hunger (UN SDG 2). This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching and understanding the sustainable technologies and experiences offered by Zero Main Inc.


- Analyzing the market and identifying competitors in the global sustainability space.


- Conducting a SWOT analysis to understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market.


- Identifying potential partnerships and collaborations for Zero Main Inc.


- Developing a comprehensive report on the business landscape and competitors.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- A detailed report on the business landscape and competitors in the global sustainability space.


- SWOT analysis report highlighting the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Zero Main Inc.


- Recommendations for potential partnerships and collaborations.


- Presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations.



Final deliverables should include:


- A comprehensive report with detailed analysis and recommendations.

Mentorship

We will meet regularly with the students to communicate our needs, and mentor them throughout the process of creating a new sustainable business, as we ourselves create one. We will provide access to the physical location where we will hold workshops & information awareness sessions and experiential encounters with sustainability problems.
