The goal of this project is to increase sales and marketing efforts for Zentein Nutrition Inc. across all fronts. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing the existing customer base and feedback.


- Developing a marketing and sales strategy.


- Optimizing online presence and assessing areas for improvement.


- Researching other variables that can improve the quality of sales and marketing.


- Accounting for additional variables in the marketing and sales strategy.


- Testing the developed strategy and making improvements based on additional data.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of the existing customer base and feedback.


- Understanding of variables that affect the quality of sales and marketing.


- Identification of areas for future improvement of the strategy.


Bonus steps would include:


- Testing the developed strategy with customers and accounting for additional parameters.

Mentorship

We will schedule Zoom calls so that they learner can be onboarded onto the requirements of the project and ask questions. Further communication through email, facebook messenger, and additional Zoom calls.
