ui/ux research user experience (ux) user research usability testing research software as a service (saas)The main goal for the project is to conduct user research with creative writers to understand their pain points and then develop a low-fidelity prototype of a subscription-based SaaS platform solution.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Conducting user research with creative writers to identify pain points and needs.
- Analyzing the research findings to inform the development of the prototype.
- Collaborating with the team to design and develop the low-fidelity prototype of the SaaS platform.
- Testing the prototype with potential users and iterating based on feedback.
By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- User research report outlining the pain points and needs of creative writers.
- Low-fidelity prototype of the subscription-based SaaS platform solution.
- Testing plan and results from user testing sessions.
- Iterative improvements to the prototype based on user feedback.
Final deliverables:
- A final report summarizing the user research, prototype development process, and testing results.
- Presentation of the prototype and research findings to the team at Ink Bloom.
We are able to offer regular access to the founder as well as access to 5+ user interviews (or as many as required by team).
