Details

We would like students to help us with optimizing a specific part of our app, to enhance the user experience and build trust and loyalty with our core audience. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

About Us

We’re on a mission to make beauty more accessible. We are a marketplace app company, focused on beauty services. We connect consumers looking for beauty services with nearby artists (nail, makeup & hair). Consumers book and pay for appointments through our app. We’re operating in the GTA, and ramping up our users and artists.

Deliverables

Work alongside our Founders to optimize the customer experience around booking an appointment through our app. You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Providing feedback on the current experience and suggestions for improvement
  • Ensuring the suggestions are customer focused
  • Helping to optimize the booking journey and reduce the time it takes to make a booking
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the Founders who are supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
