We are looking to design and create a business plan and brand strategy that allows us to branch off our name into any sector.

The current issue we are facing is that we have a name and want to be able to brand the name, Currently, "Jetsudz" Which does not pertain to any particular business or service sector. Which gives us the opportunity to scale. We would like to see the name create a connection to its source for services or goods' "Jetsudz Marine Services, Jetsudz Cleaning, Jetsudz Environmental, Jetsudz Products, Etc.

When you type in "Jetsudz" you will be brought that service type we cater to. The challenge at the moment is we currently only have the detailing and cleaning of Yachts and Boats. We would like to categorize the services by its brand type which gives us a larger scope of business.

We need Branding; logos; Web Design; Point of Sale Material; Marketing, Sales; Web Ecommerce

The primary focus for the student will be:

  • Branding - We would like to Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from possible trolls on social medi
  • Marketing Communications - Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials; create an integrated marketing campaign; create a rebranding campaign.
  • Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for; conduct customer surveys or focus groups to gain insights into the perceptions and behaviours of our target customers; develop an online strategy to help define our companies vision; identify expansion opportunities; identity key messaging for our company
  • Prospecting Strategy - Business opportunity and make recommendations for further market penetration; assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review a prospect messaging strategy, make improvement recommendations.
  • Strategic Social Media Marketing - Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or another current communication channel (s)
  • Business Plan- statement of work (SOW) and project plan; business environmental scan analysis and conclusions; strategic and marketing plan analysis, conclusions; operational plan analysis, conclusions and recommendations; executive summary and business plan presentation.

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

  • Branding and Marketing Communications - to help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share.
  • Market Research - to help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer.
  • Public Relations - to help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience.
  • Prospecting Strategy - to help us implement better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales team's performance.
  • Strategic Social Media Marketing - to help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content.
  • Business and Marketing Plan- A business marketing plan to pass onto strategic stakeholders and partners

Other duties the student may complete could include:

  • Assist with outbound email marketing campaigns as needed; measure and report on the performance of these campaigns using tools such as Tik Tok, Discord, Instagram, Twitch, Open Sea, Sandbox, Earth2, Etc.
  • Content development, including social posts, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and website copy.
