competitive analysisThe main goal of this project is to conduct a thorough competitor analysis of the Peer Circle App by wedstll. This will involve researching and analyzing the features, services, and strategies of competitors in the beauty and wellness tech industry.
Please note: Successful applicants will be required to sign a non-disclosure, including an IP assignment agreement.
The tasks that learners need to complete to achieve the project goal include:
- Researching the competitors in the beauty and wellness tech industry.
- Comparing the features, services, and strategies of the competitors.
- Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors.
- Analyzing the opportunities and threats posed by the competitors.
- Developing a report summarizing the findings of the competitor analysis.
I will work closely with the student learner. We have gathered a lot of data already, to which they will have access.
