The main goal of this project is to evaluate Play Forever's current programs and services, identify gaps, and develop new programs or initiatives to better serve the organization's target audience - seniors and youths in Toronto, Ontario, from marginalized communities and low-income families.

1. Assess the effectiveness and impact of Play Forever's existing programs and services, including participant satisfaction, outcomes, and reach.
2. Identify gaps in the current offerings and potential areas for program expansion or improvement.
3. Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative programs from similar organizations.
4. Develop new programs or initiatives based on identified gaps and research findings, ensuring alignment with Play Forever's mission and strategic objectives.
5. Develop implementation plans for the new programs or initiatives, including resources, timelines, and performance indicators.
6. Monitor and evaluate the success of the new programs or initiatives and adjust as needed to optimize results

Upon completion of this project, Play Forever will receive:

1. A comprehensive report on the effectiveness and impact of existing programs and services.
2. A list of identified gaps and potential areas for improvement.
3. A report on best practices and innovative programs from similar organizations.
4. Detailed plans for new programs or initiatives, including goals, target audience, resources, and timelines.
