Details

It was not clear if your project was currently open. I'm referring to what shows starting on 10/27/23.

I can go into greater detail if the project is open and we would be considered. In short, we want to add a feature on our website where end users can upload an image of something they created (a meal with mushrooms), add option recipe, select a category and add optional user image/name. This would go to a gallery on our site, but could be used to push to social media.

We would want to give the User the ability to push their post through their social channels as well to establish a viral impact.

Deliverables

Working within an existing website, create a module or feature as described above.

Scope would include:

  • establishing a dbase to house images, recipes and user profiles
  • develop or work with our graphic UIUX talent to wire frame page(s)
  • map/document the process flow
  • establish method to upload files
  • design with all modalities in mind
Mentorship

We will have a dedicated staff available on demand for the student team, as well as our current developer for technical assistance and direction.

Agriculture, Food & beverage

Four Star Mushrooms (established 2019), is a controlled environment agriculture (CEA) company growing seven types of gourmet mushrooms in a high tech facility in the heart of Chicago. Primary customers are restaurants/chefs, catering, corporate food service and secondarily are grocers and specialty retail. Consumers will be an added focus this year. The brand is highly recognized in Chicago, which should be expanded and to serve as a foundation for an eventual consumer strategy. If you've seen the hit show "The Bear", you've seen Four Star Mushrooms. The founder's vision as a CEA is to create a more sustainable food system - locally.
