Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across various channels including email, social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to optimize user interface and experience, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.
- Design and create compelling and effective marketing content, including landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and display ads.
- Manage investor relations and outreach, including developing and maintaining relationships with key investors and stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM database to manage and track customer and investor interactions, providing regular reports to senior management.

- Establish clear expectations and guidelines: Clearly communicate the project goals, milestones, and deliverables, as well as the expectations for communication, progress tracking, and team collaboration.
- Offer feedback and guidance: Provide regular feedback and guidance on the students' progress and work, and help them identify areas for improvement.
- Provide access to mentors or industry experts: Connect students with industry experts or sales professionals who can offer guidance and advice, and provide real-world context for the project.
- Support team collaboration and communication: Encourage and facilitate communication and collaboration among the students working on the project, and help resolve any issues that may arise.
