The main goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive marketing and communications plan for Play Forever that raises awareness, engages stakeholders, and promotes the organization's programs and services to its target audience.

Deliverables
  1. Conduct an audit of Play Forever's current marketing and communications efforts, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Research and analyze the organization's target audience, competitors, and market trends to inform marketing and communications strategies.
  3. Develop key messages and a unique value proposition that resonates with the target audience and differentiates Play Forever from competitors.
  4. Create a multi-channel marketing plan, including digital marketing, social media, email, content marketing, public relations, and traditional media, tailored to the organization's target audience and objectives.
  5. Develop a stakeholder engagement strategy to foster collaboration, support, and advocacy among partners, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
  6. Establish a system for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts, using key performance indicators and analytics.
  7. Continuously refine and optimize the marketing and communications plan based on performance data and feedback.
