Details

·      Identify areas for improvement to increase our social media presence and execute these ideas .

·      Create innovative social media marketing campaigns.

·      Creation of content such as media releases, blogs, and social media posts.

·      Increase frequency and quality of social media posts, blogs.  

·      Monitoring media and campaign coverage and attending internal and external events.

Deliverables
  • Draft and edit various communication materials.
  • Draft, seek approvals and post social media and web content according to CSA’s social media plan/strategy.
  • Input into internal and external communications strategies and projects.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Assisting the CSA team with the management of the company's external image.
  •  Ensures the CSA brand is used properly – CSA Brand Guide.
  • Assists in development of CSA Newsletter.
  • Tracking and reporting on projects and media exposure.
  •  Updating media contact lists.
  • Providing related administrative support to internal teams.


Mentorship


Students will work directly with and take guidance and direction from the CSA’s Policy and Advocacy Lead. CSA’s Office Administrator will also provide access to common drives, historic and current information and provide advice and direction on the post-secondary sector and key stakeholders and partners. The CSA General manager and the CSA Policy Advocacy lead will direct the work, help to set goals and provide a progress/performance report at the end of the assignment.
