The main objective of this project is to increase awareness and participation in Consoul’s pilot program by refining messaging, generating leads, and optimizing the sign-up process. This project aims to position Consoul as a must-have tool for employers and drive measurable engagement with decision-makers.

Deliverables

Students will engage in the following tasks to achieve the project goal:

  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct research on target audiences and identify the most effective channels for lead generation (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, professional networks).
  1. Content Creation:
  • Develop marketing materials such as landing pages, email templates, and social media posts to communicate the pilot’s value proposition.
  1. Campaign Execution:
  • Assist in launching awareness campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies to increase engagement.
  1. Messaging Optimization:
  • Test and refine messaging to address objections and resonate with employer decision-makers.
  1. Conversion Strategy:
  • Identify barriers to sign-ups and propose solutions, such as creating testimonials, case studies, or limited-time incentives.

Deliverables include:

  • A comprehensive target audience analysis report.
  • Campaign content, including email templates, landing pages, and social media posts.
  • Performance analytics reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Refined messaging guidelines tailored to key audiences.
