Canadian Sector 5-9:  You will be honing in on your analytical and creative skills to strategically develop our online presence as we expand business operations Canada-wide.


Overview: Our team is looking for students who are interested in learning more and getting practical work experience in the exciting field of sales strategy, digital marketing, and content creation! This is project is great for a student seeking real-world experience to complement their future career. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn, create, and practice using the tools used to execute a successful digital marketing campaign with Executive Management. If you wish to put your analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills to the test, then this opportunity is perfect for you!


Mission: Being a part of this project also means that you will be a part of the Workden Team, playing an important role in its' innovative mission to help empower local businesses, supporting community development, mental health of remote workers, and driving sustainability by repurposing how our society uses commercial real estate. We look forward to working with future candidates on this exciting project!

Deliverables

Personal and professional growth is of the utmost importance to us and is embedded in our company culture. Therefore, we will ensure that the student has a clear understanding of what it takes to accomplish these objectives and be there every step of the way! We also welcome the student's creativity; suggesting exciting ideas and working with the CEO, VP Operations, and Director of Creative Marketing to make it happen:


  • Execute and manage a digital marketing campaign
  • Support SEO efforts, track, measure, and analyze data results
  • Conduct a strategic recommendation and provide to Executive Management


Deliverables for Students 1 & 2 for SEO Campaign 

  • Audit: Review our website and our Google profiles as they are currently for SEO best practices and make adjustments where needed;
  • Create an SEO strategy to boost our ranking and engagement and design a general Workden SEO playbook that we can use when we open new locations;
  • Create a strategy that will help us better track SEO analytics so that we can make changes based on performance;
  • Weekly review and tracking of SEO analytics with reports provided to the director of marketing 


Deliverables for Student 2 for Content Strategy Campaign 

  • Managing the content calendar and posting content on our socials.
  • Engaging with our audience. Commenting, liking, and answering DMs.
  • Generating content for the socials (Around the Corner, Blog, TikTok and IG video content, etc.)
  • Generating media for the socials including pictures and videos;
  • Managing the influencer/ambassador program and outsourcing content creation
Mentorship

Support: The students will have direct guidance & mentorship from the CEO, VP Operations, and Director of Sales. We welcome personal & professional growth and we will be there for you every step of the way!


You will be provided guides and instructions, as well as have Weekly 1:1 calls with Management to help guide you through your project to ensure that you can successfully complete the project and maximize your learning experience.
