The main objective is to enhance Wondy's digital presence by developing and executing a robust social media strategy that increases brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports the company’s broader marketing objectives. The intern will focus on creating content that aligns with Wondy’s mission and goals, leveraging analytics to optimize performance, and contributing to the growth of Wondy's online community.

Deliverables

To achieve the project goals, students will be responsible for the following tasks and deliverables:


Tasks

  • Conduct a competitive analysis of social media strategies used by eCommerce and logistics brands.
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar with at least one month of planned posts.
  • Create content tailored to each platform’s audience and format.
  • Use HubSpot to track and manage social media campaigns, including audience insights and campaign performance.
  • Experiment with Framer to design and prototype visually engaging content or landing pages for campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for social media campaigns, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Engage with followers and communities through comments, messages, and collaborations.


Deliverables

1) Social Media Content Calendar:

  • A detailed schedule of posts, including visuals, captions, hashtags, and posting times for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • At least four weeks of planned content.

2) Ongoing Regular Content Creation:

  • Consistent production of engaging, high-quality content to maintain active social media channels throughout the internship.
  • Content will include posts, stories, reels, and other multimedia formats that align with the social media strategy and brand voice.

3) Campaign Reports:

  • Insights and analytics for social media campaigns, including performance metrics and engagement data tracked through HubSpot.
  • Recommendations based on performance data for future campaigns.

4) Analytics Report:

  • Weekly performance tracking of engagement, reach, and audience growth.
  • A final summary report highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.

5) Creative Portfolio:

  • A collection of content created during the internship, including sample posts, videos, graphics, and Framer prototypes.

6) Presentation of Findings:

  • A final presentation summarizing the project outcomes, supported by visuals and data, to be shared with the Wondy executive team.
