Ryan is a hard working and driven, up and coming designer. It is clear he has had lots of experience in various industries and he brings those passions with him as he enters UX design. Throughout his work with us, he demonstrated the ability to be a learner who seeks out feedback and values growth, while ensuring the work is delivered in a timely manner. Ryan appeared to be a skilled collaborator with his IDP partner and led much of the communication between their design team and the UX Design team at Thermo.
