Deserae brought creativity and enthusiasm to her internship and showed potential in her work. At times, staying on schedule and keeping communication consistent proved challenging, and some deliverables were delayed.
With continued growth in time management, reliability, and proactive communication, I believe Deserae could develop into a strong and dependable professional.

Did the student effectively manage their time and meet project deadlines? If so, how? If not, what areas could they improve in?No. She didn't manage to hit a single deadline, and didn't show up for a couple of meetings. There seemed to be a lot of personal drama happening, that she opted to not begin the project until half way through the project window. I had two students working on identical projects and the the amount of work that was put out by Deserae by comparison, was notably lacking.
