This experiential course is designed as the graduation (Capstone) project for learners of CBU post-bacc diploma in Healthcare Management. It is intended for learners to show the business skills* acquired from studied modules and electives carefully tailored for the Healthcare sector. Through their skills in this interesting, unique sector, they will be able to help your organization to resolve issues, address needs, and refine the decision making process within a context of precise research in the industry, detailed data analysis, leading to a specific case study or a project to address those issues or needs.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Deliverables for the Capstone Project:


Learners are expected to join their educator bi-weekly to discuss matched projects, organizations profiles, the road map to address those projects, and allocating responsibilities among teams and decide on team leaders.


Every two weeks of research work on the project, a 15 minutes presentation is delivered to their educator and the designated organization they are matched with.


A final paper is to be presented by by the end of the Capstone project (length TBD)
