Expected outcomes and deliverables

Expected Project Outcomes:

  1. Comprehensive Business Analysis: Students will start by evaluating your business's overall situation, including processes, challenges, and opportunities.
  2. Focused Project Work: Based on their initial analysis, students will address specific project tasks, which might involve developing strategies, solving operational issues, or creating marketing plans, depending on the project title.

Deliverables:

  1. Organizational Diagnosis: The first deliverable is a detailed analysis of your business's organizational structure and effectiveness. This independent report provides insights into the current state of your organization and identifies areas for improvement.
  2. Proposal: As the second deliverable, students will present a proposal outlining their planned approach to addressing the identified problem or opportunity. This proposal will include:
  • Core Problem: A clear definition of the primary issue or opportunity.
  • Objectives: SMART objectives aligned with the core problem.
  • Strategies: Proposed strategies to tackle the problem or leverage the opportunity.
  • Scope: An outline of the project’s scope, including the key areas of focus and the boundaries of the proposed solution.
  1. The proposal will be presented in a formal document format (PDF or Word) and will serve as a blueprint for the final project.
  2. Final Project Document: The third deliverable is a comprehensive report that builds on the proposal and includes:
  • Core Problem: Detailed description and analysis of the core issue.
  • Objectives: Refined, SMART objectives.
  • Strategies: Developed strategies and their justifications.
  • Scope: A detailed outline of the project’s scope, including the specific actions and deliverables.
  • Budget and Financial Analysis: A thorough budget and financial analysis supporting the strategies.
  • Risk Analysis: Identification of potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • KPI Analysis: Key Performance Indicators to measure success.
