Learner goals and capabilities

Field Placement is an integral part of the Durham College Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate program. During Field placement, students partner with an organization's human resources staff, completing a variety of objectives, and obtaining valuable insights into the workings of an HR department. Field placement provides students with the opportunity to put the theory they have learned in the program into practice and to develop their skills.

Students are available for 200 hours of placement from approximately September 6, 2021 to October 8, 2021

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, student placements will predominately occur virtually but can be on-site with approval.
