Requirements
Two groups of 5-6 management students will spend approximately 250 combined hours to develop a recruitment and selection strategy for a specific job in your organization. This project will being in October and continue through early December.
You can choose whether you would like the teams to focus on one role or have each team focus on a different role. You will provide information about your organization and the job(s) for which you will be hiring, including any existing challenges or goals you have for your staffing strategy. Student groups, with support from the instructor, will use this to provide tailored recommendations and a plan of action to help you effectively find, attract, and choose the best possible candidate for the position.
