Employers are expected to maintain regular communication with the students, provide necessary guidance and information, and approve the final report. Constructive feedback on the student's performance is also required to help them refine their skills and knowledge.
At the end of the collaboration, employers will receive a final report detailing the main findings, recommendations, or insights produced during the internship as agreed upon at the inception of the project with the student.
